BODY CARE
This is the care I return to most days.
I shower daily and wash my hair weekly. My routines are simple and consistent, built around things that are easy to maintain rather than rotate. I use face lotion, body lotion, and eye cream — all clean, uncomplicated products that work without requiring attention.

Nothing here is layered or excessive. Care fits into the day the same way getting dressed or making breakfast does — as part of normal upkeep.
Routine, Not Rotation
I don’t change products often.
When something works, I keep using it. This keeps body care from becoming another decision-making space and makes it easier to stay consistent without thinking about it.
Most days look the same:
shower
basic skincare
body lotion
minimal makeup
That sameness is intentional.
Makeup
My makeup routine is functional and repeatable.
It’s built around a small set of products I know how to use and return to.
I keep it simple and adjust slightly depending on the day, but the base stays the same.

Body care here is about staying comfortable and feeling like myself — with choices that support how I want to look and feel over time.
