STRENGTH & FLOW
Strength and flow support how I move through daily life.
This is not a training plan or a program. It’s the movement I return to in order to stay capable, steady, and energized — without overreaching or depleting myself.
Strength here exists to support the body, not exhaust it.
How I Think About Strength
I don’t separate strength from movement or flow.
The goal isn’t intensity or progression. It’s to feel supported — physically and mentally — so the rest of life feels easier to move through.
Strength that drains energy isn’t useful.
Strength that holds it is.
What This Looks Like in Practice
My approach stays simple and repeatable:
short sessions
focused muscle groups
familiar movements
steady pacing
Some days are more active than others. Some weeks shift depending on energy and schedule. The structure stays flexible on purpose.
Flow as Transition
Flow here isn’t about choreography.
It’s the space between movements — how one thing leads into the next without friction. Stretching, walking, light sequences, and transitions that keep the body open rather than tight.
Flow makes strength usable.
How This Fits With Yin
Yin is the anchor.
Strength and flow sit alongside it — not above it. Yin creates the space. Strength maintains it. Together, they keep the body balanced and resilient without pushing toward extremes.
