How relevant the piece remains over the next 5–10 years.
Will it age well?

5. Trend Resistance — 0 to 10
Is it hype-driven—or truly classic?
Does it withstand the cycle?

6. Resale Demand Velocity — 0 to 10
How quickly similar pieces sell in the resale market.
Does it move?

7. Sustainability & Repair Potential — 0 to 10
Lifecycle, materials, durability, and ability to restore.
